2. How to order and pay for Seyoun tyre
1) Ready stock and production schedule
Our factory has always some ready stock for popular sizes like 315/80r22.5, 12r22.5, 295/80r22.5 etc for some patterns, but not all patterns. If the stock can cover your demand, then we would delivery your tyres within 10 days after receiving the deposit.
If there's no ready stock for your demand, we would arrange the new production and delivery them within 30 days. However, if your order is huge for some single size and pattern, we need further negotiation to confirm the leading time.
2) Mix sizes and multi-transit
We understand that some fleets and transportation, or construction and mining company buyer prefer to buy different sizes and patterns for trial. It's not a problem for Seyoun tyre.
Our first delivery route is sea shipping. But for some inner-land countries, we're experienced in delivery through multi-transit like sea-road, sea-railway, road-railway etc.

1）Quality raw material
Seyoun tyre use premium quality material and world famous industry brands for the TBR tyre.
Like America CABOT for carbon black, Thailand smoked sheets for rubber, and Belgium BEKAERT for steel cord.
2) Certificate and Inspection
Seyoun tyre adopts to the standards like EU labeling regulation/R117, SASO/GCC and DOT/CCC etc.
And we have advanced raw material testing machineries, and X-ray machine to ensure no defective tyre run outside the workshop.
3) Remote inspection
Before loading your Seyoun tyre, we would take pictures and even video online-link with buyers to look around the ready stock.
5.How to complain and get the compensation？
1) Recommendation and Complain
Deliveried together with Seyoun tyre, we would offer two sheets. One is for using installation, and the other for complain.
Customer need not complicated process to finalize the defective tyre problem.
2) Compensation
After receiving the complain sheet, it would be forwarded to the engineer team, and our sales would keep following and updating for the director buyer. Within 7 working days, the analysis report would be issued and share with the partner
If it's quality problem and during the warranty period, we would compensate the partner through new tyre or transfers in the next transaction. If the partner decide to stop the cooperation, the compensation payment would be transferred by T/T within 3 working days.
