1. What brand machinery or equipment can you offer?

   We have 3 choices.

   1st is our own brand-AUDAS/CONSTIMO

   2nd is China famous brand like XCMG, SANY, ZOOMLION, LIUGONG, SHANTUI, LONKING, SDLG etc.

   3rd is your private brand. We offer OEM and ODM service.

2. Do you sell brand new machinery or used/second-hand machinery？

   Both, for our own or your private brand, we sell 100% new machinery only.

   For world famous brand, we can supply used but good conditions machinery, like CATERPILLAR, JCB, KOMATSU, HITACHI, YANMAR, VOLVO, HYUNDAI, DOOSAN, KOBELCO, BOBCAT, XCMG, SANY, SDLG, SHANTAI etc and their spare parts.

3. What brand engines do you use?

   For your convenience of maintenance and repair, our first choice is world-famous brand engine like Cummins, Kubota, Perkins, Yanmar or China famous brand Weichai, Yuchai, Yunnei etc.

4. How to package and delivery the machinery ?

   For small type, we have wooden cartoon to protect the machinery or equipment. And for big type, it would be naked-loaded in 20ft/40ft container or flat-rack container. Before loaded, we would take enough anti-rust and fixed measures to ensure the safety.

   If your destination is boarder nations or inner-land countries, we would take road transportation through trailers.

5. Can i mix different products together with my machinery？

   Definitely sure you can. We're happy and professional to save your money on shipping or transportation. But all other products should be not high-risk or restricted by the Customs.

6. How long is the delivery period？

   For the regular configuration machinery or equipment, we need 15 days to finalize the assembly. And if you need private design or big brands, we have to communicate with you for the specifications and then confirm the delivery period.

7. How is your warranty policy and after-sales policy？

   1) We offer 2000 working hours or 12 months warranty for all our machineries.

   2) We ensure the supplying of main spare parts for all our machineries.
